Plans, organizes, and coordinates the daily functions of Testing Services. Coordinates scheduling and administration of college placement test. Coordinates scheduling and administration of college nursing entrance exams. Coordinates scheduling and administration of proctoring services for online courses. Works cooperatively with all UACCM faculty and adjunct faculty to schedule and administer make-up exams. Works cooperatively with the Office of Student Development to schedule and administer testing required by students receiving accommodations. Coordinates, schedules, and orders assessment materials, such as the NOCTI (National Occupational Competency Testing Institute), and other standardized testing measures used in assessing student learning. Coordinates, schedules, and conducts certification testing for various technical programs, such as Multi-Meter, BPI (Building Performance Institute), and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency). Serves as testing proctor for all activities occurring in Testing Services. Serves as the GED Chief Examiner. Conducts proper identification checks for all examinees utilizing the Testing Services. Maintains an accurate inventory of all test materials. Maintains the security and integrity of all materials controlled by Testing Services. Maintains order during the administration of all tests occurring in Testing Services. Provides technical assistance to students utilizing Testing Services. Develops new initiatives that enable the College to expand testing services. Works cooperatively with the Office of Admissions to provide on and off campus testing services to aid in the recruiting of students. Keeps the Director of Student Development informed of issues and operational needs related to Testing Services. Makes recommendations to the Director of Student Development for changes in the operations of Testing Services. Actively serves and participates on campus committees, as assigned. Maintains current knowledge and best practices in the field of testing by attending local, state, regional, or national conferences and meetings. Effectively handles sensitive issues and maintains confidentiality Plans and implements the Testing Services budget. Ensures accessibility of digital documents, website, portal, etc... Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in college student personnel, education, business administration, or a related field PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: One year in higher education.
