Position Title: Contract Program Manager

Division: Advancia Government Services

Location: Joint Base San Antonio, TX

Position Summary

The Contract Program Manager (CPM) will oversee the administration, performance, and compliance of a medical office clerk services contract. The CPM will serve as the primary point of contact between the Government and contract staff, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual obligations, quality standards, and operational efficiency. The CPM shall be the primary Contractor representative responsible for all contracted work, and will ensure all standards are met.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure personnel meet the qualification requirements and performance outcomes as stated in PWS

  • Maintain professional communication with members of the Government and the worldwide AF medical network

  • Be accountable for compliance with HIPAA and AFAC's specific health information privacy and security policies and procedures with a 100% compliance performance threshold

  • Monitor and assign any mandatory and annual training for personnel

  • Resolve customer complaints

  • Data Reporting and Metrics: Manage all data created for Government use, to include handling and processing any records legally controlled by the Government, medical standards as required by AF publications, and all AF Records Management procedures

  • Personnel management to include: timesheet management, interview and assist during the hiring process, conduct disciplinary actions as needed, problem solving and conflict resolution.

Education & Experience Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • PMP highly desired

  • 5+ years' experience in leadership role

  • Valid Driver's license

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES:

  • Ability to successfully complete all required training to include annual security training

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to lead a team of 60+ people

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to solve problems

Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands

  • Some walking and standing required. You may have to lift and carry equipment (i.e. books, tools) weighing approximately 10-15 pounds.

  • Most of the work is done indoors.

  • Work in the occupation involves making repetitive motions more than 1/3 of the time
