We believe strong, flexible strategy is the foundation of compelling work, and we embed strategic thinking across all projects and practice areas. We are looking for someone curious, nimble, and versatile-able to move seamlessly between creative storytelling and rigorous research and ultimately synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.

Your Role

As a Junior Strategist, you will work across teams and projects, collaborating with designers, brand experts, and other strategists to establish the strategic frameworks that guide creative decisions as well as written content for clients' use. You will develop insights, create compelling stories, and help our clients and teams uncover opportunities that drive meaningful impact. If you enjoy thinking creatively, leveraging words and data persuasively, analyzing competitive landscapes, and connecting dots across industries, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

As a Junior Strategist, you will collaborate with the Experience Strategy Team, Creative Directors, Strategy Directors, and/or Design Directors to:

  • Stay on top of trends, cultural shifts, and emerging ideas to inspire and inform strategic thinking

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of research activities (including but not limited to desktop research, consumer intercepts/ethnography, virtual/in-person interviews, focus groups, etc.) and synthesis, and development of client presentations

  • Develop and define client strategies that inform creative and design work across projects

  • Conduct benchmarking, competitive analysis, and research to uncover market opportunities and consumer insights

  • Translate complex research into actionable recommendations and compelling narratives for clients and internal teams

  • Acquire an advanced understanding of the clients' organizations, industries, customer needs, drivers for changing, consumer trends, and their current problems, innovating ways to solve them

  • Collaborate with clients through workshops, interviews, and ideation sessions to clarify goals and identify opportunities for innovation

  • Contribute to naming, copywriting, and storytelling initiatives, including crafting briefs, guiding creative teams, and presenting ideas

  • Develop presentations, proposals, and pitches that communicate strategy clearly and persuasively

  • Work flexibly across different projects, industries, and mediums, applying both analytical rigor and creative thinking to solve problems

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a design, architecture, business, marketing, anthropology or related field

  • 0-4 years of experience in strategy, brand, design, architecture, business or related fields

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to extract insights from data, markets, and trends

  • Excellent storytelling and writing skills, able to translate insights into clear, compelling narratives

  • Curious, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to balance structure and process with innovation

  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working across industries, teams, and project types

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and communicate ideas, even when challenging perspectives

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with research and design thinking methods

  • A balanced left- and right-brain thinker: equally comfortable with reasoning, analysis, and creative ideation

  • Looking for a position where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions, industries, and geographies

**The base salary will be estimated between $72.5-85k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
