Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for an associate registrar. This position maintains compliance with the Transfer with Success Act, supports the registrar in their duties as transfer coordinator and assumes the role of the registrar in the absence of that person. This position may be required to periodically work evenings and weekends, including the annual commencement.

Essential Duties

The following list is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills or working conditions associated with this position.
- Manages the transcript processes for both incoming and outgoing transcripts as outlined in the Transfer with Success Act, including but not limited to tracking incoming transcripts and notifying students of their receipt, evaluating incoming transcripts for possible transfer credits and course waivers, coordinating outgoing transcript orders and assisting students with their orders, and ensuring these processes are accurate and timely
- Assists with the daily maintenance of student records to ensure the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of information and data, including but not limited to processing change of grade and course substitution requests, completing enrollment verifications; tracking incomplete grades; tracking graduation applications; and completing degree audits
- Maintains and updates transfer agreements/MOUs with other colleges, participates in annual review of high school articulation agreements, maintains the database of course equivalencies used by advisors, and ensures all advisors remain knowledgeable of the current and updated information contained within all MOUs and agreements
- Coordinates student eligibility processes for the annual commencement ceremony, ensuring materials needed for student check-in at commencement are prepared and the student list is posted online and updated daily
- Oversees incoming high school transcripts to ensure the timely processing of waivers and other articulated credits
- Serves as an enrollment coach for new students as needed during peak enrollment periods and regularly serves as backup to the primary enrollment coach
- Contributes to the annual and five-year comprehensive department assessment process as per the College assessment plan
- Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of administrative or other relevant work experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office, verbal and written communication, organizational and human relations skills
- Valid driver's license

Supplemental Information

This is a full-time standard administrative position. Days and Hours of work are Mon. - Fri., 8 a.m. - 4: 30 p.m. (1 hour lunch), and evening hours on a rotating basis. This position may be required to periodically work evenings and weekends, including the annual commencement. The annual salary for this position will likely range from $60,200 to approximately $73,850 depending on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
