What We Need:
We are looking for individuals to join our Product Marketing Development Program in Muscatine, IA! New hires will start in January 2026 or June 2026.
OurEarly Career Development Program(ECDP) is a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various product marketing functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, direct exposure to leadership, and opportunities to develop cohort relationships through cross-functional team projects.

What You Will Do:
The Product Marketing team is responsible for contributing to the success of the assigned product category by driving results through cross-functional collaboration. This role will support the product lifecycle, from inputs on ideation and development to launch and optimization of respective category.
- Support the lifecycle of a specified product category in accordance with the 3-year product roadmap.
- Collect market insights, research competition and support product strategies to meet customer needs and organizational objectives.
- Participate in Voice of Customer, market research and analyze trend data to identify and drive product opportunities.
- Represent product category during product development, ensuring product meets customer requirements and is delivered on time and within budget.
- Execute milestones and deliverables for each stage of the new product development process.
- Help to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research and competitive positioning.
- Participate in successful product launches by collaborating with marketing and merchandising teams to create compelling product storytelling and go-to-market strategy.
- Monitor and analyze product sales, profit performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product category improvement including cost savings and quality improvement.
- Implement end-of-life product strategies including discontinuation and phase-out processes.
- Communicate vital information, training, and product knowledge to support sales to various internal stakeholders.
Our ECDP members are a key source of future talent for entry-level product marketing careers. Once you've completed the program, you'll be prepared for a role likely within one of the rotational teams. Where you will begin will be in part based on your talents and strengths, your interests, and available roles upon program completion.
What You Have:
- Prospective candidates are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, product management or related field, prior to their start date.
- Minimum 2.8 GPA
- Preference will be given to applicants with relevant work experience, internships, or involvement in related activities such as tutoring or business fraternities
What You're Good At:
- Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative and ownership
- Strong experience managing projects (school or work related)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated team-player, strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
