The firm is seeking a full-time Legal Recruiting Assistant to join our Legal Recruiting Department. This position reports to the Chief Legal Recruiting Officer.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Schedule interviews with lawyers for candidates.
  • Assist with planning and execution of recruiting events such as 1L outreach, networking events and on-campus presentations.
  • Support collection of summer associate evaluations and scheduling of mid-summer and departure meetings.
  • Perform general duties (copying, scanning, mailings, expense reports) to ensure efficient departmental operations.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with attorneys, candidates, and staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of administrative, human resources or recruiting experience in a large law firm or professional services organization.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ViRecruit).
  • Experience organizing interview schedules and coordinating events.
  • Law firm experience.
