JOB TITLE: Associate - DB9096363

Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to originate, structure, formulate, and size credit instruments on behalf of the US Private Credit and Infrastructure team. Requires a Master's degree in any field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience originating, structuring, and syndicating credit instruments for digital infrastructure assets in private credit markets, including colocation and hyperscale data centers, fiber, cell towers, subsea cables, and satellites; using Bloomberg and S&P software to analyze market trends and credit spreads and coordinate book building and book running processes; estimating credit instrument risk to keep risk book within regulatory parameters; coordinating transaction origination and underwriting process including preparing internal deal and marketing materials; negotiating with internal market risk management, credit risk management, audit, and finance functions to obtain approvals on structured credit instruments, including bridge loans, project finance senior loans, acquisition term loans, asset backed financing, and the associated interest rates instruments (swaps and caps), as well as mezzanine credit, unitranche, delayed draw Capex, Net Asset Value (NAV), development company, borrowing base, and revolving credit facilities; utilizing VBA and Factset to perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of business and macroeconomic variables; coordinating the end-to-end transaction process, including organization, underwriting, and approval; and analyzing financial, technical, legal, and commercial materials to identify risks and mitigants. Salary range: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
