The University of Virginia Darden School of Business is a global leader in business education. Based in Charlottesville, Virginia and the Washington, D.C. area, the Darden School offers a portfolio of degree, non-degree and Executive Education Lifelong Learning programs. Degree programs include the flagship residential, Full-Time MBA program, Executive MBA, Part-Time MBA and MS in Business Analytics. The Admissions team's primary function is to recruit prospective students to apply to Darden, evaluate their candidacy through application review and interviews, and convert their admission to acceptance to enroll at Darden. The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia seeks to fill a seasonal Admissions/Senior Admissions Application Reader and Interviewer position to assess applications and interview candidates for admission. The position is responsible for holistic assessment of applicants' materials including letters of recommendation, academic accomplishments, short-answer questions, resumes, work experience leadership and team skills among other criteria. The position will interview applicants virtually. Occasional project management responsibilities may be assigned. The position will average 10-15 hours per week. This position is remote with the opportunity to work in the office as well. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This is a wage position which is not eligible for leave or other benefits and is limited to 1500 hours of work in a year.
