Salary: $80,000 - $115,000

Schedule: Full-time, direct hire role

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement environmental policies and programs to ensure compliance with EPA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and other regulations.
• Monitor waste disposal, air and water quality, chemical usage, and hazardous materials.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments, audits, and inspections, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and resource conservation.
• Manage regulatory reporting, including Tier II, TRI, and greenhouse gas emissions.
• Support OSHA-compliant health and safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations with corrective actions.
• Facilitate safety training and awareness programs across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies during audits and inspections.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an EHS role with a strong environmental focus.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing sustainability programs such as energy conservation and waste reduction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in EHS management systems and reporting software.
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence positive change and safety culture.
