Summit Credit Union is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and help shape the future of our workforce. The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a key role in the organization's human resources strategy by leading the talent acquisition team and all aspects of the talent acquisition process. This position is responsible for attracting, sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's current and future staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager collaborates closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives.


What You'll Do

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be at the heart of our Human Resources strategy-leading a talented team and overseeing the full lifecycle of recruitment. You'll partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract, source, and hire top talent aligned with our values and vision. From building a robust pipeline of diverse candidates to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, you'll play a pivotal role in making Summit a place where people love to work.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years leading recruitment and hiring processes
  • 2+ years managing people
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies and process optimization
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Curiosity, discretion, and a passion for people
