The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes for Standex Magnetics - Cincinnati, A Standex Company. The HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues and is part of the management team. This role will support our human resources' function, ensuring a high-performance culture aligned with our strategic objectives. The HR manager will support talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy.
