This Position reports to:

Senior Customer Sales Support Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order management and customer satisfaction as a customer supporting asset to the customer experience team. This position is responsible for monitoring and resolving issues across the order lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting electronic data interchange (EDI) processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products Division in New Berlin, WI area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open Order Reports - Monitor and analyze open order reports to ensure timely fulfillment and identify potential delays or discrepancies.

  • Maker-Checker Process - Perform maker-checker validation to ensure accuracy and compliance in order processing and documentation.

  • Dispute Resolution - Investigate and resolve customer disputes related to orders, shipments, pricing, and invoicing in collaboration with relevant departments.

  • Advanced Shipment Notifications (ASN) - Manage and verify ASNs to ensure customers receive accurate and timely shipment information.

  • DCT Assignment - Assign and track DCT (Delivery Confirmation Tracking) codes to ensure proper documentation and traceability of shipments.

  • Unconfirmed Lines - Identify and follow up on unconfirmed order lines to ensure completeness and accuracy of customer orders.

  • EDI Error Sorting - Assist in sorting and resolving EDI errors, both internal and external, by coordinating with IT and trading partners to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or logistics

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and EDI platforms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

  • Experience with dispute resolution and root cause analysis

  • Understanding of supply chain workflows and shipping documentation

  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
