Customer Service Specialist

Currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team of passionate, service minded professionals. How You Contribute:

• Understand the Landscape Forms products and services and effectively communicate this knowledge relative to our many products
• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information
• Provide quotation, order entry and provide supporting materials
• Understand our corporate strategy, planning, principals and values
• Handle complaints and warranty issues in a professional, empathetic, timely manner
• Problem solve and find opportunities to offer alternative solutions to customer needs
• Maintain a complete project file utilizing software packages necessary to the project

Desired Education and Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree in business or related field and three to five years' experience in customer service is preferred. This role requires an upbeat and positive attitude, a willingness to work a flexible schedule in a fast paced and ever changing environment. A successful team member will have a deep integrity and passion for customer service, and builds strong relationship with all internal and external customers. Thriving in a team environment in critical to success, while meeting and exceeding personal and team goals. A high attention to detail and accuracy is critical, and the ability to work independently. A computer background in Windows environment and experience in Outlook is desired.

Mathematical and Reasoning

Strong decision making and analytical abilities are key to success in this role. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in common units of measure. Familiar with common measurement tools and basic understanding of relationships between construction and installation.

Language

This position must possess a higher level of communication and reasoning ability, as they are required to work with external customers and a variety of disciplines both internal and external. Ability to generate precise and innovative communications. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals. Clear, concise and confident phone communication exhibiting good listening skills is a daily requirement.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This is a hybrid position. Work can be done in the office or from home. Must sit at a computer for long periods of time. Use hands to finger tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.
