Job Overview
The Sr. Manager Talent Management will be a strategic architect and operational driver of Coca-Cola Consolidated's high-performance coaching culture. This role is accountable for leading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide talent management strategies, with a particular focus on performance management, talent systems, and talent process optimization. This role will lead the Talent Systems Team to design and deploy relevant, impactful learning materials and tools that enhance manager effectiveness, Teammate development, and data-driven decision-making. The Sr. Manager Talent Management will lead the strategy and governance of core talent processes (performance reviews, succession planning, development planning) across all levels of the organization. This role will partner cross-functionally with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to embed a talent-first mindset and optimize the Teammate experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees team that designs and delivers solutions and implements highly effective, results-driven learning & development and Talent technology solutions.
- Creates and supports processes to support end-to-end Program Execution of core learning & development programs, which includes building annual plans, scheduling, establishing timelines, planning all logistical needs, and overseeing deployment on a continuous basis.
- Leads strategy and plans to continuously audit and monitor content within the LMS and optimize system to track registration, attendance, and reporting capabilities.
- Oversees core content updates for Learning Portal: update courses and schedules and provide direction and oversight to relevant team members responsible for Learning Remix content development, production, and deployment monthly.
- Ensures metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning & development and organizational capability solutions. Design measures to track outcomes and ensure alignment to business objectives.
- Works with key stakeholders to define, design, develop, deliver, and measure learning and development strategies, programs, and initiatives.
- Develops and ensures deployment of learning programs and activities utilizing state-of-the-art, blended learning approaches, leveraging technology, and learning systems as appropriate.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Possess skill in aligning strategic and operational needs with learning & development solutions and linking initiatives to drive business results
- Proven ability to understand business strategy; Knowledge of and ability to manage the delivery of learning and development solutions through a mix of internal, contract and third-party outsourced resource
- Experience in building and executing enterprise-wide learning and development strategies in both technical and non-technical learning environments
- Experience with enterprise-wide technology solutions and leveraging HRIS data systems to create effective program/process deployment and end-user experiences
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of training systems management, strategic planning, needs assessment and measurement
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and leadership, Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
- Strong facilitation skills and platform skills at all levels of the organization
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
- 3+ years of successfully leading and managing people
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Education, Communication
