If your answer is "yes," you should join T-Mobile's All-Star Legal Team!The Sr. Corporate Counsel, Government Investigations & Litigation is a core member of T-Mobile's legal organization, working on cutting-edge business and legal issues and designing case strategy to advance T-Mobile's Un-carrier promise. This senior attorney will have significant responsibility for efficiently managing internal and regulatory investigations, as well as commercial litigation, with a particular focus on matters relating to cybersecurity, IOT and network security, and consumer privacy. This attorney will play a leading role on cross-functional teams with colleagues across T-Mobile's legal and government affairs teams and will interact with leaders from the legal department and many business teams to deliver sound, actionable, and timely strategic and legal advice in the handling of legal and regulatory proceedings. This role will assume the following responsibilities, again with a specific focus on matters relating to cybersecurity, IOT and network security, and consumer privacy, along with a variety of other commercial and consumer-oriented litigation:

* At least 18 years of age The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
