Job Description: Position Summary The Associate Recruiter supports internal hiring initiatives by partnering with department managers and HR to identify, attract, and hire talent aligned with business needs and organizational culture. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining efficient, compliant recruitment processes. Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs Build and maintain effective partnerships with Hiring Managers to create a strategic recruiting plan to attract top industry talent. Provide consultation to hiring managers in the areas of process and compliance Draft and post internal and external job requisitions on company career site and job boards Source candidates through internal and external tools and resources, ie: resume databases, employee referrals, and online platforms Conduct initial resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate qualifications and alignment with role Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels Communicate updates with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support preparation and delivery of offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation Ensure that all responsibilities within the hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately and timely. Help maintain compliance with internal policies and employment laws Assist with employer branding, campus outreach, and other candidate pipelining efforts

Two (2) or more years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment preferred Recruiting and sourcing in the Renewable Energy industry strongly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to address common issues, develop logical conclusions and make appropriate recommendations. Ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees and management. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with strong organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic understanding of recruiting, confidentiality, and HR best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with Workday a plus Familiarity with internal hiring policies or employee referral programs Exposure to diverse and inclusive recruiting strategies
