Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician

Location: Urbana, OH (Easy commute from Springfield, Bellefontaine, Marysville)

Pay Rate: $23.03 - $27.88/hour (DOE)

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing machines and injection molding equipment
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues
• Support production staff and molding technicians to minimize downtime
• Conduct inspections, track machine maintenance logs, and maintain detailed records
• Complete maintenance projects, including work on rooftops and silos
• Manage tools, maintenance inventory, and order repair parts as needed
• Follow all OSHA safety standards, GMPs, and quality procedures
• Mentor and train junior maintenance technicians

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Proficient with PLCs, machine controls, and industrial automation (a plus)
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs, work at heights (using lifts), and stand for extended periods on concrete floors
• Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and a proactive/problem-solving mindset
