Job Summary With general supervision, manages the flow of product from the resource to the client or Knoll manufacturing. Essential Functions Liaison between sales staff/Knoll Manufacturing plants and resource Process receiving's Process invoices from resources to prepare for payment from accounts payable Process client invoices for direct shipments Update daily resource management reports Place purchase orders with resources Backup coverage for colleagues Build relationships with the resources Work with resources to improve deliveries to meet client needs Ensure delivery commitments When assigned, perform scheduling tasks for Knoll Manufacturing textile orders through ATSO system Works with sales management on project pricing Test IT projects related to resource management system upgrades and processes Enters project requests into project portal Additional duties may be assigned as needed Magnitude and relationship reporting This position reports to the Resource Management Manager and may receive additional assignments from the Vice President, Operations. Contacts inside and outside the organization This position typically has contact with most employees at all levels of the organization. It also has direct contact with resources. Knowledge and Skills Organized and able to multi task Good communication skills both written and verbal Working knowledge of MS Office including outlook, excel and word Education/Experience High School graduate; college degree a plus Two years inventory experience preferred Who We Hire?
