Pay range: $22.34 - $27.92

YOUR ROLE:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist within our Intercompany practice, you should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently and meet monthly required deadlines.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Ability to deep dive and understand end to end intercompany trade flows
• Comprehensive knowledge of intercompany invoicing and transactional trade flows, intercompany netting, and settlement processes
• Understanding of intercompany tool capabilities and solutions for end-to-end intercompany processing, including implementation experience.
• Maintain aging at an acceptable level in line with company objectives.
• Take the lead in collections of all accounts assigned to their portfolio by contacting internal customers to ensure prompt payment of all invoices.
• Updating operations and management of past due accounts by providing specific updates for each customer.
• Resolve invoice and statement issues to ensure all accounts are up to date by reconciling monthly.
• Maintain strong effective working relationships with Sales and Operations Team for timely resolution of billing issues.
• Assist in projects and audits as needed.
• Verify accuracy of charges and correct account errors by reviewing purchasing documentation and contacting clients.
• Allocate the netting payment to the Sun accounts.
• Maintain internal customer confidence.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 3 years of experience working in credit and collections. Logistics experience a plus.
• Team oriented, problem solver who takes ownership of their work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Personable positive demeanor with the ability to interact with all levels.
