The Data Analytics UX team is looking for a Content Designer whose work reflects a passion for helping people get the most from their data. This person is energized by tackling complicated problems and curious about exploring new product interaction paradigms. The ideal candidate brings a strong ability to create clear, cohesive experiences across complex systems, with a thoughtful approach to language that supports user understanding and delight. ResponsibilitiesShapes end-to-end user experiences by structuring information architecture, crafting clear UI copy, and designing intuitive flows that align with customer needs and business goals.Communicates with clarity and influence, tailoring content and ideas for diverse audiences-stakeholders, teammates, and users-across all phases of the design process.Drives strategy and content planning across multiple products, translating business priorities and customer insights into scalable, cohesive content solutions.Champions content systems by creating and evolving design patterns, voice guidelines, and terminology frameworks that support consistency across the organization.Collaborates across disciplines (Design, Engineering, PM, Marketing) to co-create solutions, advocate for user needs, and contribute to product vision and backlog prioritization.Leads with data and insight, synthesizing research findings and feedback to inform content decisions, improve product quality, and mentor others in content design best practices.Contributes to a culture of innovation, proposing forward-looking content strategies and prototyping impactful, accessible, and inclusive experiences at scale.
