THOR Solutions is actively seeking a
Business Analyst to act as Portfolio Council Coordinator, supporting corporate operations at NIWC Pacific in
San Diego, CA. This role serves as a critical link between NIWC PAC Business Portfolio Managers (BPMs) and external organizations, facilitating joint events and ensuring seamless communication. The coordinator will manage project changes, conduct status reviews, and present findings to executive leadership. This position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in U.S. Navy and DoD program/project support and a proven ability to deliver presentations to high-level government civilian and military audiences.
Typical Responsibilities:
Location: Full time onsite at NIWC PAC in San Diego, CA. Typical Physical Activity: Desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion. Typical Pay Range: $28.00/hour - $32.00/hour. Security Clearance Required:This position requires a DoD Secret security clearance. A qualified candidate must either already possess an active or interim Secret security clearance (highly preferred); or be eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance prior to start.
