About the Role

We are looking for a junior Industrial Water Engineer to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone eager to work on impactful industrial water and wastewater projects while continuing to develop both technical and client-facing skills. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, contribute to complex designs, and be a key part of delivering innovative water solutions.

You Will:

• Assist in the design and coordination of industrial water and wastewater projects, including preparing plans, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support successful project delivery on time and within budget.
• Contribute to client communications and support proposal development and project scoping activities.
• Participate in technical decision-making and help develop creative, cost-effective solutions for water treatment challenges.
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning activities.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree a plus.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience in industrial water or wastewater projects.
• Knowledge of treatment process design, piping and infrastructure systems, and related technologies such as membrane separation, filtration, or chemical treatment processes.
• Exposure to one or more specialty areas, such as stormwater management, wastewater recycling, or remediation in industrial sectors like manufacturing, data centers, or mining.
• Proficiency with engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, process modeling tools), and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $75,000-$95,000+.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
