Job Description

Benefits:

Salary:

$23.10 - $28.00/hourly

Summary:

This position plays a key role in the overall coordination of the front office and acts as a resource for other departments and personnel seeking appropriate information. Performs a range of basic office support activities including customer service support.

Essential Functions:

  • Support department with general office duties and special projects
  • Routine customer and vendor service support with receivables and payables
  • Process all vendor invoices, checking for appropriate GL codes, approvals, receiving documentation & purchase orders
  • Filing customer, vendor invoices
  • Update paper logs (usage and purchases) and pricing
  • Manage open PO Maintenance
  • Create and prepare documents and spreadsheets for accruals
  • Process incoming / outgoing mail
  • Answer telephones in a courteous manner, routes calls, takes messages, answers routine inquiries and provides general information, greets and directs visitors
  • Provides high level of customer service and assistance to clients
  • Communicate in person and through correspondence with high professionalism to vendors, customers and senior leadership
  • Send out daily courier packages
  • Maintain postage machine
  • Review Temp Labor files, Utility files, and update PIIP file with labor hours
  • Maintain sign in book and Confidentiality Waivers
  • May order, stock, and distribute office supplies
  • May run various errands, as required, for the office
  • Perform any other duties as assigned in a timely fashion
  • Follow office and company policy
  • Cross train to act as back-up to CSR.
  • Any other duties assigned by Plant Manager.
Qualifications

Education:

High School diploma or GED, with degree from accredited school preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years of progressive administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality. Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
