Park Service and Security Assistant

Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill the position of Park Service and Security Assistant at Hyland Hills Ski Area and Hyland Lake Park Reserve in Bloomington, MN. This position performs a wide variety of facility, public relations, security, and safety support in a manner that enhances park guest experiences while protecting the Park District property and resources.

This is a Part-Time Non-Benefited position (28 hours per week).

STARTING WAGE RANGE: $18.59 - $20.00/hour
SALARY WAGE RANGE: $18.59 - $33.65/hour

Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid Class D Minnesota Driver's License with the ability to operate cars and light trucks. Must hold current First Aid and CPR certification upon appointment or be able to obtain within 30 days of starting and maintain throughout employment.

High school graduate or GED and two years of post-high school education in parks and recreation, natural resources, social sciences, law enforcement or criminal justice studies or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates interest (via education and or experience) in pursuit of a career in natural resources/park law enforcement.
