Kieffer Sanitation, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-conscious, self-motivated Portable Toilet Driver to join our growing team in Gillette, Wyoming.

What You'll Do

As a Portable Toilet Driver, you'll be the face of our service-delivering and servicing portable toilets at construction sites, events, and residential areas. You'll operate a pump truck and ensure each unit is clean, functional, and ready for use.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Safely operating a pumper truck to service portable toilets
  • Reading and following route sheets or dispatcher instructions
  • Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Scrubbing, lifting, and moving units (up to 25+ lbs)
  • Using hydraulic controls to load/unload waste
  • Interacting courteously with customers
  • Handling other duties as assigned

What to Expect

This is a hands-on, outdoor role that requires physical stamina and a strong work ethic. You'll be working in all weather conditions-rain, snow, heat-and around pumping equipment and waste materials.

You'll need to be comfortable with:

  • Frequent entry/exit from the truck
  • Solo physical labor (lifting, pushing, pulling)
  • Exposure to noise, fumes, and vibration
  • Navigating construction zones, crowds, and tight spaces

What You'll Need

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean MVR
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Willingness to perform physical labor
  • Availability: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays
    Start time: ~5:30 AM | Hours: 45-50/week with overtime potential
