In this pivotal role, you will be the creative force behind the enablement materials that empower our field teams to exceed their goals. Reporting to the Manager of Content Development, you will own the content strategy for our Platform and Analytics products, transforming complex technical information into engaging and easily digestible training resources.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Architect and build a world-class content library: You will design, develop, and continuously refine the enablement content for Snowflake's Platform and Analytics offerings. Drive a proactive content strategy: Move beyond ad-hoc requests and take a disciplined approach to building a comprehensive content strategy for Platform and Analytics. You will anticipate the needs of the field and deliver timely, impactful resources. Forge strong internal partnerships: Become a trusted partner to our product marketing and engineering teams. By immersing yourself in the product roadmap and external messaging, you will ensure our enablement content is always current, accurate, and aligned with our go-to-market strategy. Elevate our field training programs: Be a key contributor to major internal training events, including our Snow Surge webinar series, Sales Kick-Off (SKO), and TechUp. Your content will be central to the success of these high-profile initiatives. Collaborate for continuous improvement: Work closely with the Global Solution Engineering and Sales Everboarding teams to gather feedback and continuously enhance the Platform and Analytics training programs, tailoring content to meet the specific needs of different sales segments. Champion best-in-class content creation: You will manage the entire lifecycle of your content, from creation and documentation in our internal repository to the design of engaging courses in Articulate Rise. Your commitment to quality will ensure our sales teams have access to the best possible product and competitive intelligence.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Deep technical expertise: A strong command of the Snowflake Platform and our Analytics solutions is essential. A passion for teaching and enablement: Proven experience in a technical training or enablement role. A seasoned professional: A minimum of 5 years of related experience, with a focus on enterprise software, sales engineering, or enablement within the data technology space. A strategic mindset: The ability to translate business objectives into a compelling content strategy and execute on it. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills: The ability to work effectively with a diverse range of internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality programs. You are a master of building relationships and aligning teams. Proven content creation experience: Demonstrated ability to design and build engaging and effective training materials. Agility and a results-oriented approach: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- The estimated base salary range for this role is $154,000 - $215,200.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
