Job Description:

As a Client Onboarding Project Lead , you will support complex, multi-disciplinary projects by applying your expertise in both project management and data analysis. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements from internal stakeholders, supporting and maintaining project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization. The Client Onboarding Project Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful launch of new clients and will be directly accountable for the successful execution of onboarding projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Consulting & Solution Design

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Translate business needs into actionable strategies, technical requirements, and solution roadmaps.
• Design and recommend scalable, data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Project & Program Enablement

• Lead or support the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between vision and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project frameworks, timelines, and communication plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor service delivery, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Data Integration & Insights

• Integrate and analyze data from multiple systems to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Design and support client-facing dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Monitor data quality, system performance, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Use SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to uncover trends and support strategic recommendations.

Process Optimization & Change Enablement

• Analyze contract and operational requirements to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support change management efforts by aligning solutions with user needs and business readiness.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and iterative development.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or 5+ years experience in consulting, business analysis, or strategic project roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools for project management (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Teams, Excel).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce for CRM or project-related workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Capable of achieving objectives and meeting deadlines in dynamic, high-pressure organizations, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
• Comfortable diving into analyses, offering business recommendations, and facilitating organizational agreement..

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification
