As a Cleared Security Officer - Armed Aerospace Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. This position requires you to be armed and to operate a vehicle as part of your daily duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. You will interact with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. Pay Rate: $25.15 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized personnel and/or suspicious activity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and/or actions taken during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and local law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or incidents specific to an aerospace and defense location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas.
• Must have an active Department of Defense Clearance.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
