As a Security Professional - Financial Patrol - Weekdays in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the premises. By remaining visible and approachable, you will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution setting.
• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for financial institutions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to site procedures.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
