Position Summary:

The Customer Service Associateis responsible for serving as the initial contact for patients, family members, representatives, and other visitors to Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and Miller Children's Hospital & Women's Hospital Long Beach. This is a 100% customer contact position where excellent and compassionate service and problem-solving skills are demonstrated in every visitor interaction, including the ability to remain calm under pressure, excellent telephone demeanor and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
