Job DescriptionWe are looking for a senior corporate insurance professional who has strong leadership and insurance experience to own and drive all Global Corporate Insurance activities. Our risk management operations provide cost effective property and casualty coverage for Visa's business operations around the globe, including professional liability, directors and officers, worker's compensation, and property. Additionally, this professional will set insurance standards for the roughly 2,000 vendors that do business with Visa and manage the insurance claims process. We have also implemented a captive insurance arrangement and are continuing to work to maximize the benefits from the captive in an appropriately risk-managed manner. This individual will own the captive entity and be responsible for creating, managing and delivering against the budget. This will require strong leadership and collaboration skills working with regional leaders and sales teams. Finally, this professional will be responsible for driving risk analysis related to M&A and assessing when and if any insurance products are available and appropriate to secure. The selected professional will use their broad experience and natural curiosity to deliver activities and projects relating to the broader team within Visa's Global Treasury function on an ad hoc basis. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. QualificationsBasic Qualifications: Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 236,300.00 to 369,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
