Requires ability to travel to Corporate Headquarters in Lancaster, PA as needed. The Director - Sourcing Operations and Governance will lead Fulton Bank's strategic management of third-party contracts, procurement technology enablement, and third-party risk oversight. This highly visible role ensures that procurement operations, contract lifecycle management, and vendor risk programs meet evolving regulatory expectations (OCC, FDIC, FRB, etc.), internal control requirements, and business priorities. The role will establish Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, optimize Source to Contract technologies, and lead interactions with bank regulators and audit teams. The incumbent will serve as an essential strategic partner to Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit leadership. This role will require occasional travel. Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for the Bank's enterprise-wide contract management function, ensuring contracts meet regulatory standards, commercial requirements, and legal risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Law, or related field. (Required) Master's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business Administration. (Preferred) Experience10 or more years experience in contract management, procurement technology (P2P), and vendor risk management in regulated industries (Banking, Financial Services, or other applicable). (Required) 5 or more years leadership experience managing contract management and/or procurement teams with regulatory accountability. (Preferred) 3 or more years experience interacting with bank regulators (OCC, FDIC, or equivalent) and/or internal audit teams. (Preferred) CertificationsCertified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP), Certified Procurement Professional (CPP), or equivalent. (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $139,300.00 - $232,200.00 annually. Additional Compensation Components This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
