Position Overview Far Ridgeline Engagements, a QinetiQ US company, is seeking an experienced Targeter or Organizational Mapping Specialist to support the visualization and analysis of complex organizational structure both CONUS and OCONUS. The goal is to discover relationships between entities and individuals. This role requires the individual to think and act as both investigator and red team member. You will both investigate and red team the entities discovered. The individual will be turning fragmented and ambiguous data inter actionable information. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate organizations and associated personnel through analysis of printed materials, open source information, classified data, and proprietary information systems. Develop and maintain comprehensive profiles of organizations, including their missions, functions, affiliations, hierarchies, and patterns of life. Produce detailed organizational profiles, link analysis and network maps to illustrate connections, control structures, and influence pathways. Conduct vulnerability assessments of organizational structures and personal networks, and provide actionable mitigation recommendations. Present complex findings in a clear, concise manner tailored to both technical specialists and executive level decision makers. Adhere to the highest of standard of ethical conduct, legal compliance, and operational security in all investigative and analytic activities. Document analytical methodologies, reasoning, and full investigative process to ensure transparency, repeatability, and auditability. Ensure all sensitive data is handled, stored, and transmitted in accordance with classification guidelines. Required Qualifications
Education or experience in lieu of education: Bachelor's degree; or 5-years of military service; or 5-years of comparable civilian sector work experience
