Our Stabilized Vision Technology Team is seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer to work with an agile team in the design and development of advanced electronics for airborne systems. This role involves creating rugged, high-performance equipment for deployment across various manned and unmanned platforms. We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to work on the design, integration, customization, and testing of advanced electronic systems, with a focus on stabilized pointing platforms and feedback-controlled systems. This role includes architecting and documenting system-level solutions, designing complex cabling and interfaces, and tailoring hardware configurations to meet specific mission needs. A key responsibility of this role is planning and executing system tests to ensure performance meets system requirements, with a strong focus on hands-on testing of closed-loop feedback systems for precise stability and control. The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating across disciplines to troubleshoot issues, refine system performance, and deliver reliable, high-precision solutions in demanding environments. The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $130,000 ; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
