We're seeking a Workday HCM Delivery Manager in our Atlanta, Georgia office to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
As the Workday HCM Delivery Manager, you will be a trusted advisor and leader who partners with business stakeholders. Your experience and knowledge of best practices will be used to develop solutions for the team. You will use your business acumen to develop and foster productive relationships with your functional stakeholders. You'll be responsible for performing any maintenance and configuration required during Workday's bi-annual releases. You'll manage a backlog of system enhancements and work with other functional teams to set prioritization and delivery timelines.
YOU WILL:
Serve as the Workday expert that collaborates with functional teams for the full delivery cycle; from collecting and understanding business requirements to recommending solutions, testing, and deployment
Be a Workday administrator responsible for configuring the HR and Payroll domains including Compensation, Benefits, and Absence
Troubleshoot and triage Workday system issues for the HR domains
Manage a backlog of Workday system enhancement requests
Liaise with the functional teams to manage the delivery cycle by collecting requirements, performing configuration and testing, deploying solutions, and performing ongoing support
Provide application design recommendations that align with long and short-term IT and business strategies, and incorporate Workday best practices
Research and track application features and functionality, and identify opportunities that would provide value to the business
Creatively solve business problems through knowledge of all areas of the Workday platform
Position will be hybrid remote (in the office 6-8 times per month)
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
3+ years of application delivery and support
3+ years of expertise in the Workday HCM Domain, especially Benefits and Compensation
Ability to configure all aspects of Workday Business Process Definitions and Custom Reports
Workday Certification is preferred
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
Experience with Professional Services industry is a plus
Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
Ability to work independently and overcome challenges is critical in this role
Ability to collaborate with multiple business and IT areas at various levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills
Ability to articulate complex technical details and translate them to a non-technical community
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
