Summary
Utilize Microsoft Business Intelligence tools, primarily Microsoft SSMS, SSAS, SSIS and PowerBI, to develop and support operational, clinical, and financial analysis. Support Data Scientists on the team with Microsoft SQL queries and processes. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions -Work with end users, analysts, technical staff, and team members to plan, design, develop, implement, and enhance business intelligence capabilities using Microsoft Business Intelligence tools. -Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting issues with existing cubes, queries and processes. -Develop efficient Microsoft SQL queries and data processes for Data Scientists on the team in support of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. -Assist end users, as a subject matter expert on existing company data, processes and business intelligence tools. -Create clear documentation for users and technical staff. -Follow established change control and versioning policies as pursuant with company standards and best practices. -Serve as project manager for relevant analytics projects, including meeting facilitation, resource management, and stakeholder expectation setting. -Provide training and mentorship to team, and end users on key analytic and reporting systems and databases when necessary. Education - Expertise in Microsoft Business Intelligence data engineering tools (SSMS, SSAS and SSIS) -Health Insurance industry experience is a plus.
