Our growing company is in need of a Software Architect Full Stack at our Corporate office in North Fort Worth, Texas. The Software Architect - Full Stack is responsible for ensuring the technical solutions meet the needs of the business and adhere to TTI Inc standards. This position will lead and coordinate the technical design of systems that support new and existing applications and API capabilities. This includes identifying and documenting architectural details, discussing, and presenting solution options, and reviewing new technology.

Our Software Architect Full Stack team:



  • Influence and govern current and strategic architectural blueprints.
  • Create architectures and designs, conduct peer reviews, and develop target state architectures.
  • Promote architectural initiatives that improve efficiency aligned with business strategy.
  • Work with business partners to drive and capture both functional and non-functional system requirements.
  • Define how a solution will be constructed including: which existing Solution Building Blocks will be integrated, how they will be integrated and what gaps in capability need to be filled.
  • Select application development platform technologies and establish the strategic direction for application.
  • Provide design directives to software developers, including how to construct and integrate software, to meet all functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
  • Manage and promote the use of corporate IT standards, serve as a subject matter expert to projects, and provide support for project team members.


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; minimum eight years of hands-on experience with full stack technologies required.

  • Ability to design and implement complete solution from a proof of concept to a robust high-volume production application.
  • Possess demonstrated leadership skills through a variety of activities, including leading or mentoring technical staff and consistently delivering high quality work.
  • Broad and deep knowledge of multiple IT technology domains including software development languages and platforms, infrastructure platforms, data management and database technologies, networking technologies and security frameworks and tools.
  • Experience and interest in modern software architecture design and development techniques such as Microservices API driven ecosystems and Services based principles.
  • Knowledge of Agile development processes.
  • Possess proficiency with implementing platform migration from legacy components to SOA.
  • Broad and deep knowledge of multiple IT technology domains including software development languages and platforms, infrastructure platforms, data management and database technologies, networking technologies and security frameworks and tools.
  • Knowledge of Java, AngularJS, jQuery, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3.
  • Knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, ExtJS, JSON, AJAX, JMS, EJB 3.0.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL Programming, Stored Procedure Development, Performance Tuning.
  • Knowledge of JBoss, WebSphere, Tomcat.
  • Experience with Cloud (AWS and/or Azure).
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating system.
  • Excellent communication skills (including presentation skills) required.


Physical Requirements:



  • Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, to enter data into a computer terminal; to perceive and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids.
  • Detect and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; converse in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
