Position Details:

Location: Portland, OR (must live within 1-hour drive of Portland Metro)

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (must be available any day; schedule varies)

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Qualifications:



  • Experience in logistics.
  • Hard-wired internet connection for reliable connectivity.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Availability for training Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work weekends after training is complete.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as the liaison between store locations and the alarm company, handling real-time emergencies with precision and calmness.
  • Manage customer data input accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive and handle telephone calls and emails from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure first-contact resolution for all customer concerns while maintaining call center metrics.
  • Input accurate customer data into the customer relationship database while managing live calls.
  • Communicate with various company divisions to resolve escalated issues and maintain seamless operations.
  • Keep supervisors informed of any trends or concerns reported by customers.
