AMD together we advance_ The Role: The Person: Key Responsibilities: Analyze and manage large data sets and present findings to drive action.
HR Generalist Responsibilities: Support and consult with management and HR Business Partners on HR programs and initiatives including compensation planning, organization effectiveness, change management, leadership development, talent and performance management, and employee relations.
Preferred Experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
Academic Credentials: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline from an accredited university.
