HOURS: Monday - Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm

PAY: Average pay after one year is $55K, with significant growth opportunity due to commission and pay structure.

WORK FROM HOME STATUS: Eligible - Hybrid mix of work from home & in-office available after onsite training. Required to live within a commutable distance from our Oshkosh, WI location for remote work.

After a period of in-person training and time working onsite with your team, this role has the option to work remotely (in WI only at this time). In general, this timeframe tends to be 3-4 months. Note that there will be situations when someone may choose or be asked to return onsite which would be coordinated and scheduled in advance.

We work with businesses and organizations of all kinds to provide them with personalized promotional products. As a customer service representative, you make the 4imprint brand come alive and interact with our customers throughout the day by providing them with the most remarkable service they've ever had!

You'll be assisting customers in their purchasing decisions, providing product suggestions, detailed information, product samples, pricing and quotes, and coordinating guaranteed on-time delivery. You'll also gather any imprint information from our customers and create clear instructions for our art team, so they can produce the artwork necessary for memorable promotional products.

Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers who require more information prior to purchasing. This information includes but is not limited to; product/art advice, samples, pricing information (quotations) and product research requests.
  • Place follow-up calls with customers when clarification of orders and/or samples is needed.
  • Provide clear and timely artwork instructions for the art team to be sure the customer's imprint is as requested.
  • Return e-mails and voicemails in a timely and responsive manner.
  • Ensure all orders are processed in order to meet the customer's specific timelines.
  • Accurately enter customer purchasing information on a PC-based order processing system.
  • Effectively communicate with vendors and internal customers regarding samples, order status, and resolution of problems.
  • Maintain responsibility for meeting performance objectives and goals.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role.
  • Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years sales/customer service experience.
  • Able to type 45 wpm.
