In this vital role, you'll serve as a cornerstone of our mission-providing high-quality, person-centered care to our community. You'll guide nursing practice standards, oversee the quality of care, and champion a culture where shared governance and innovation thrive.

As a member of our executive leadership team, you'll:

• Lead and support nursing staff through mentorship, trust, and open communication.

• Shape and implement patient care programs that meet the highest clinical standards and uphold Indiana nursing regulations.

• Foster a nursing culture grounded in excellence, empathy, and professional growth.

• Drive clinical innovation, champion evidence-based practice, and encourage the development of "Innovation Units" to pilot new approaches to care.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure every patient's experience reflects our commitment to healing and hope.

• Be a powerful voice for nursing in all strategic decisions, advocating for care teams and elevating their impact.

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:

• MSN with 5+ years of progressive experience in nursing and/or healthcare administration. DNP preferred.

• Active RN Nursing License, able to practice in the state of Indiana.

• Minimum of 5 years' progressive leadership experience in nursing and/or healthcare administration required.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a Magnet or Pathway to Excellence culture preferred.
• Previous experience in a matrixed reporting structure preferred.
• Affiliation with ACHE, AONE, IONL strongly preferred.
