Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services.

We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our Eagan office.

This individual is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people. Prior new account, lending and sales experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful.

The hours are as follows as well as other hours as needed:

Sunday OFF

Monday OFF

Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Total Hours = 35 Hours per Week

Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

This is Grade 7 - Hourly, Part-time position with Benefits.

The starting rate of pay is $21.69 - $23.05 per hour.
