This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

Electrolux is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design and typography. Based in Charlotte, NC and reporting to the Electrolux & Frigidaire U.S. Creative Lead, you'll join a collaborative five-person creative team working closely with marketing, operations, and product partners. This role requires someone who is strategic yet hands-on, flexible in the face of shifting priorities, and passionate about delivering high-quality, visually compelling print and digital assets that support a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create digital and print deliverables aligned with brand guidelines across multiple product categories and brands
  • Design and version packaging for various SKUs, maintaining consistency and visual appeal
  • Develop and adapt digital banners in multiple sizes for a range of campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and consumer journey teams to align creative outputs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
  • Clearly communicate project progress and potential roadblocks to the Lead Designer
  • Contribute creatively and strategically to ensure high-quality execution from concept through completion

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of professional experience in consumer-driven companies or agencies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital and print design best practices
  • Must be proficient with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma and Microsoft office tools
