The Opportunity: UCF's Office of the President seeks candidates for a Constituent Services Coordinator. The Coordinator serves as a welcoming face and first point of contact for the Office of the President. This is a pivotal position that shapes how the university engages with its most important audiences, including students, families, faculty, staff, and community members. This role is essential in managing sensitive inquiries, supporting office operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all who engage with our office. The primary responsibility of the Constituent Services Coordinator is to oversee and work alongside relevant leadership members across the University regarding any/all university constituent matters related to customer service needs and complaint handling, many times involving confidential and sensitive matters and complex problem-solving. In addition, the role will serve as the main contact for front desk operations and provide general administrative support. The role is designed to work independently, with limited supervision. This is a highly visible, people-centered role, and requires the selected candidate to work on-site full time at UCF's Main Campus.
