JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for interacting with customers to effectively build positive relationships.
• Detail orientation and accuracy is crucial for handling transactions and maintaining records.
• High level of confidentiality to respond to inquiries concerning credit union matters (i.e., loan information, account information, verification, etc.).
• Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Workday.
• Solid cashiering and customer service skills to accurately process payments and issue receipts.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ten-key / calculator experience.
• Experience in a credit union and/or banking institution.
• Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria.

NOTE: this position is a client-facing role and requires in-office visibility five days per week (Monday-Friday). Sponsorship will not be offered either now or in the future ~

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
