Position Title: Maintenance

Maintenance Responsibilities: - Replace light bulbs and lighting fixtures across campus buildings - Change out furnace and air conditioning filters on a regular schedule - Perform light plumbing tasks, such as clearing drains and fixing minor leaks - Assist with general handyman work including basic repairs, installations, and upkeep - Support preventative maintenance schedules and campus-wide inspections - Help troubleshoot equipment and facility issues under the guidance of senior staff - Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a safe and organized manner Requirements for Maintenance: - High school diploma or equivalent - Mechanically inclined with basic knowledge of tools and maintenance concepts - A strong willingness to learn and take direction - Good attitude, reliability, and a problem-solving mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physically capable of lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various conditions QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
