Overview of the Team You will be part of the Human Resources team responsible for supporting corporate client group functions. Our mission is to ensure that our clients are supported and fulfilled in their careers at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Overview of the role In the HR Generalist role, you will provide support for your internal clients and manage projects in support of the broader business. You will build collaborative partnerships with managers and associates by providing outstanding customer service and follow-through. This is a hands-on, solution-oriented role that helps drive business results by ensuring our ability to attract, engage, and develop the best talent in retail. You will also act as the data analyst and project coordinator for various HR projects. This role will support the Technology and Marketing organizations and other client groups as needed. The expected starting pay range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
