POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who is passionate about enhancing customer relationships and driving business growth. In this role, you will elevate customer engagement by increasing the lifetime value of our designated existing customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty. You will also play a key role in lead generation support, executing our 'hunting license' strategy for large National Accounts to open doors to new opportunities. Additionally, you will implement strategic outbound campaigns aimed at retaining and expanding our current accounts while attracting new clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Protect and grow NNS and customer loyalty amongst a designated set of base customers. Deliver unparalleled service to customers - developing rapport, quickly understanding the situation, history and needs in order to respond to them with efficient and relevant solutions.
- Support sales team members (TM/NAM) with customer queries and needs, passing to CoE and other stakeholders as needed.
- Tailor Nespresso value proposition to suit each segment opportunity, with the aim to increase business with existing customers / maximize consumption opportunity.
- Clear presentation of products and services to gain operational efficiency, including conversion to self serve purchasing, use of telemetry, proper invoicing and billing of rental and subscription.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key decision makers to build partnership and loyalty.
- Liaise with B2B colleagues and all functions to ensure execution of customer lifecycle management, including the collection of accurate customer contact information and communication preferences.
- Aligned with the B2B OP and OMP, and following Nespresso guidelines, close sales opportunities within designated territory and strategic segments.
- As part of new customer onboarding, execute check in's and other new customer lifecycle activities.
- Identify and cold call/warm follow up to prospects from different lead sources (Lead generation campaigns, Trade Show Lead follow up, B2C2B database, gifting, social media/CRM campaigns).
- Liaise with B2B teams to ensure flawless execution of lead management activities.
- Use of CRM system to manage leads.
- Collaborate with Key/National Account Team to execute "Hunting License" opportunities to win new customers.
- Offer constructive feedback on all outbound campaigns and activities to enable improvement and higher rate of closure.
- Solid understanding of the territory and customers needs within each segment.
- Leverage this know-how to the inside sales team (Best practice sharing).
- Monitor and report all competitive activities and share with trade marketing and team.
- Raise and share valuable customer insights, proposing suggestions and feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Raise ideas on processes to ensure we effectively support customer and sales requirements with maximum customer love and efficiency.
- Master sales customer interactions across all CRC B2B touchpoints (phone, Calleo), addressing all types of requests (order, technical, new member doubts, general information).
- Leverage knowledge of customers to provide feedback around what our current customers and prospects need today and in the future, helping us maintain a competitive service advantage.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
- At least 2 Years experience in Sales role (preferably in B2B) working with and/or in Hospitality & Travel or Workplace, and/or beverage.
- Ability to travel at least 10%.
- Customer service and/or tele sales experience preferred.
The approximate pay range for this position is $70,000- $78,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
