Description

Work Schedule: Varies in hours, weekends and evenings.

This position lives on property and monitors client safety as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Be available to work as needed.

2. Conduct daily Health and Safety Inspections of the property.

3. Ensure property security.

4. Help clients with life skills as needed.

5. Document observations of clients' activities and behavior.

6. Complete Incident Reports as necessary.

7. Provide First Aid/CPR, if needed.

8. Clean empty rooms/units, do laundry, and clean offices as outlined by managers.

9. Attend additional training/education to continue to improve skills and provide quality client services.

10. Transport clients to IOP groups and counseling.

11. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

GED High School Diploma. Driver's License, a clean driving record and the ability to drive a 15-passenger van. Strong communication, administrative and interpersonal skills. Possess and maintain valid CPR/First Aid Certifications. Responsible, dependable, and motivated. Experience in Behavioral Health a plus.

Pay Rate - $15.00 - $16.95 - $18.90

In accordance with pay transparency, the salary reflected in this posting is the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Salary placement is typically between the minimum and mid-point of the salary range
