The Territory Sales Representative works from their home office spending 2-3 nights a week on the road prospecting for new dealers (Lumberyards & Large Remodel Contractors). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales goals and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage the sales process, including targeting potential customers, building relationships, developing proposals, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of the Construction Supply Industry and be familiar with windows and doors. The candidate will be required to be organized and a self-starter as this is a remote position. Understanding residential blueprints is very helpful. Understanding the construction process is critical to being successful. This specific territory has some existing customers that will require management, however, the bulk of the time will be spent on opening up new dealers and training the new dealer's employees. A competitive nature is a must.
